OMARS designs: Efficient Designs for Response Surface Experimentation

OMARS designs for efficient response surface experimentation

At the annual Fall Technical Conference 2020, Peter Goos and José Núñez Ares received the Shewell Award for the best presentation and supporting materials. In this video, Peter Goos repeats the winning presentation on OMARS designs, orthogonal minimally aliased response surface designs. These designs bridge the gap between definitive screening designs and classical response surface designs (such as central composite and Box-Behnken designs). They are economical in terms of run size, and offer more flexibility than definitive screening designs and traditional response surface designs.
